Anita Louise Gilbert of Palm Beach died Saturday, May 26, 2007, in Toronto after a battle with cancer. She was 58.
Mrs. Gilbert was born Nov. 11, 1948 in Manhattan to Louis and Anna Senno. She was a model in New York.
In 1972, she moved to Palm Beach, where she married Richard Gilbert.
Mrs. Gilbert established AG&E Associates, a real estate investment company, where, as president and CEO, managed a portfolio of commercial and residential properties from Florida to California. She was active in charitable organizations, most recently, the American Red Cross.
She is survived by her sister, Elvera Slowik and her husband, Larry; two brothers, Louis Senno and his wife, Toni, and Michael Senno and his wife, Dorren; two nieces, Sara and Lauren; and three nephews, Michael John, Michael Joseph and Andrew.
Visitation is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 1201 S. Olive Ave., West Palm Beach. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Ann Catholic Church, 310 N.
